4. OFFERS, PRICES AND INFORMATION
Pulsate aims to communicate all prices, plans and practical information clearly and correctly through the club, website and other communication channels. Obvious errors or mistakes may always be corrected.
- All prices are listed in euros.
- Unless stated otherwise, prices include VAT.
- Promotions are temporary and only valid as indicated.
- A membership or plan is personal and non-transferable, unless Pulsate agrees otherwise in writing.
5. REGISTRATIONS AND MEMBERSHIPS
A registration only becomes final once Pulsate has accepted the request and, if applicable, the payment or first direct debit has been received correctly.
- A membership, class pack or plan is strictly personal.
- The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
- Pulsate may refuse or terminate a registration in case of abuse, fraud, serious non-payment or repeated violation of the house rules.
6. DURATION, RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION
The duration of the contract or plan is communicated in advance at the time of the offer or registration. If a contract has a fixed term, the end date and any renewal conditions apply as explicitly stated when the contract is concluded.
- Class packs and temporary plans are valid for the period communicated in advance.
- Memberships with a fixed term normally end on the agreed end date, unless a valid renewal or extension has been agreed.
- A cancellation must be made through the channel designated by Pulsate, for example by email or through the member platform.
- If an automatic renewal applies, this must have been clearly communicated to the customer in advance.
Pulsate recommends submitting every cancellation in writing and in time in order to avoid disputes.
7. ONLINE PURCHASES AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For contracts concluded online, the consumer generally has a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days, unless a legal exception applies.
- For services linked to a specific date or a clearly defined period, the right of withdrawal may be legally excluded.
- If a service has already been fully or partially performed at the customer’s express request, a proportionate amount may be due for the part already carried out, insofar as permitted by law.
- If no right of withdrawal applies, Pulsate will clearly communicate this before the online purchase is completed.
8. PAYMENTS AND LATE PAYMENT
- Payments are made through the available payment methods or by direct debit if applicable.
- In case of late payment, Pulsate may temporarily suspend access until all outstanding amounts have been paid.
- Administrative or collection costs will only be charged where legally permitted and where reasonable.
- Any contractual compensation or fee must be reciprocal, balanced and in line with applicable law.
9. BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
- Classes or sessions that require a reservation must be booked in time by the customer.
- Cancellations must be made within the deadline communicated by Pulsate for the relevant class or plan.
- In case of late cancellation or no-show, Pulsate may charge a session or cancel the booking, provided this has been clearly communicated in advance.
- Pulsate may change classes, coaches or time slots when operationally necessary.

- Participation in training sessions and use of the facilities is at the customer’s own risk.
- The customer remains responsible for respecting their own physical limits.
- Pulsate is not liable for damage resulting from ignoring instructions, unsafe use of equipment or failing to disclose medical limitations.

- Personal data is used for member management, reservations, payments, communication and service delivery.
